“I know I’ve worked hard to win the trust of my clients.” – Derek Irwin
Derek Irwin has been a Realtor and renovator for years. Ultimately, it lead him to start his own company. This new venture values treating each client like a family member. Because of this, we are able to deliver 3 main things. First, we provide personalized service for each client. Secondly, we offer professional results with all projects and transactions. And finally, we offer a better outcome for our clients at the closing table. Working alongside his wife, Cassi, the two have created a workspace that enables others to be successful, both client and co-worker. They live in Cedar Rapids, raising their five children and finding ways to connect with the community in meaningful ways, through volunteering and attending local events as a family.
Also, Derek has chosen to work with local companies who have the same focus. Furthermore, as a contractor, he has assembled a team who takes pride in their work. In the long run, working as a Realtor and contractor has helped him see projects through from start to finish. This allows him to see his clients return on investment and a bigger closing check for his clients as well. It’s a win-win.
