Dan Sanford is a Realtor on our Inspirational Realty team. As a grandfather to a toddler, a father to two adult children, a husband of 31 years to his wife, and a pastor to some wonderful friends in Newhall, Iowa, he know the importance of prioritizing family and valuing the sanctity of the home.  Home can be a serious responsibility.  But it also is extremely fun (and Daniel really likes fun)!  Just as his life has been an adventure: as an Indy songwriter and musician, woodworker, bladesmith, content creator and traveler; so has serving others in their real estate journey is both a serious and extremely fun adventure for him.  More than being just a real estate professional, Daniel strives to know his clients – their desires, needs and context – in order to make this major life transition and decision of theirs into a ‘moving experience,’ not just ‘moving.’  He attempts to convey this promise with his hashtag #bemovedcr as well as in every phone call, text, email, and personal interaction from first contact; through closing and beyond.
